This beautiful beachfront condo offers recently remodeled (July 2023) brand new floors, freshly painted, & new furniture. Everything in this condo is brand new, including furniture, kitchen supplies, towels & linen. We offer extremely High-Speed internet & smart TVs in the living room & bedroom for your convenience. Other building amenities include a pool, jacuzzi hot tub, BBQs, tennis courts, ping pong table, complimentary gated parking & overnight security.
Our balcony is the ideal height for turtle watching. You may even spot a whale. This vibrant land is full of surprises. Even dolphins spin by now & then.

Our beachfront condos include high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens and towels, beach essentials, private lanais, and access to building amenities such as the pool, hot tub, BBQ area, tennis courts, gated parking, and 24-hour security.
Is the beach swimmable year-round?
The beach directly in front of the Hawaiian Princess is beautiful year-round, though ocean conditions can vary depending on the season and surf. During calmer months, guests enjoy swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, and relaxing in the clear water. As with all Hawaiian beaches, we recommend checking ocean conditions daily and swimming responsibly.
How close is the beach?
The Hawaiian Princess is truly beachfront — just steps from the sand. Unlike many Oahu vacation rentals that are “near” the beach, our condos sit directly on a quiet stretch of coastline in Makaha with panoramic ocean views and easy beach access right outside the building.
Is Makaha a good area to stay on Oahu?
Absolutely. Makaha offers a more peaceful, authentic Hawaii experience away from the crowds of Waikiki. Guests love the relaxed atmosphere, beautiful sunsets, uncrowded beaches, and slower pace of Oahu’s west side while still being within driving distance of popular island attractions.
